User Feedback on Open Source Solution: Lack of Support, Professionalism, and Documentation

Thanks for everything, we are not going use the your open source solution....support is horrible ..no one supporting properly and i am not seeing professionalism and there is no proper documentation... this is my honest review ,,i will post my experience in all reviews site
