Hi Sonal G. I came across zingg and it's use cases seems intriguing for CDP and marketing domain.. I would like to understand if zingg can do identity resolution in real time..

We dont do real time but a near real time is possible by batching incremental flows through Zingg at a frequency of your choice.

I understand the probabilistic matching is difficult to be real time.. but the deterministic matching based on pre defined id like ecid or system id , can we build a process to resolve them based on online interaction..

yes we are planning to do that in the enterprise version.
